We strive to use designs, building processes and procedures, and materials that are healthy, sustainable, and minimize the impact to the Earth.
One example of this are the use of woods harvested from responsibly-managed forests that are replanted.
Another example is using energy-efficient design techniques and materials. This not only saves you money on your energy bill, but reduces pollution and preserves natural resources.
Yet another example is the use of recycled materials. We commonly use Insulated Concrete Forms in our construction. These are made mostly from recycled materials. (They are also tremendously energy efficient and resistant to storm damage.)
